The public subscription site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We use limited first-party technical and email measurement described below.
Website storage
Public subscription and legal pages do not require non-essential cookies. A secure first-party session cookie is used for the password-protected administration area; it is not used to build advertising profiles of public visitors.
Email open signals
An email may contain a small first-party image. If your mail client loads it, we record an open signal associated with that message. Mail privacy tools and image proxies can make this signal inaccurate, so we treat it as an estimate rather than proof that a person read the message.
Link and affiliate measurement
Links in letters may pass through our first-party redirect. We record the destination, message and campaign identifiers, a hashed IP address, user-agent information, and whether the click appears automated. Affiliate links may include an opaque click ID so a partner can report a conversion. The link does not include your raw email address.
Your choices
You can disable remote images in your mail client. You can also turn off learning from clicks in the preference centre; doing so removes inferred interest scores from active selection. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages. Blocking all cookies may prevent administration functions but does not prevent you from reading public legal pages.
Future changes
If we introduce non-essential website cookies or third-party analytics requiring consent, we will update this notice and, where required, ask before activating them. Questions: support@ikashimi.com.
